Oak Recruitment are an independent recruitment agency in Coventry, supporting Coventry, Warwickshire and West Midlands, although we do have some National clients. We have over 14 years experience within the industry, and pride ourselves on providing the best possible service to candidates and clients.
Our focus is on Office and Commercial staff of all types, and we conduct face-to-face in-depth interviews with all our candidates.
It’s an industry like no other and we love it, it’s fast paced, fun and incredibly rewarding.
We love meeting and speaking to candidates, whether it be finding out about their career to date, the reasons for taking different roles, their key achievements, ambitions or even just what they did at the weekend, oh and their favourite series on Netflix – we love recommendations here!
We also love meeting and speaking to clients, finding out about their business and their teams, awards they have won and what they are doing to attract the very best talent to their organisation.

Take a look at some of the recent testimonials we have received from our clients and candidates
We have placed our last two roles with Oak Recruitment and have been very happy with the process from start to finish. Chris has developed a good understanding of what we are looking for in a candidate as a business, and we look forward to working with Oak Recruitment in the future.
Chris helped me get a new job in less than 2 days, I had been applying for jobs for months and he found my CV and contacted me about some jobs that suited me. I spoke to him on the Thursday, and by Saturday I was being interviewed for a role that was perfect for me. Without his help I would still be just hopelessly applying for jobs online. I thank him so much as he has had such an impact in changing things for me so quickly, he was also so supportive checking in with me and updating throughout.
Would highly recommend! Oak recruitment offers a great service, they found me a job I really enjoy within a week. Great communication with Chris throughout the whole process. Thank you very much!
I can highly recommend Chris as he contacted me with regards to a position he was recruiting for. Chris took the time to get to know me and whilst the original position wasn’t a good match, he was very proactive with my details and able to find a position that met my requirements and skillset which led to a job offer. I felt fully supported during the process and would like to thank Chris for everything he did to assist me.
